Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after placing your order.
During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.
You will receive a separate notification once your order has officially shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track the progress of your order and receive an estimated delivery date from the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully available online.
Customs/Duties
Customers from all countries (USA, Canada, EU, Australia, etc.) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon arrival.
